Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing clickvistar.com or using our services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Development), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services & Project Scope

Click Vistar will provide services as outlined in the specific project proposal or invoice sent to the client. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be charged separately.

• Web Development: Delivery dates are estimates and depend on timely feedback from the client.
• Marketing Results: While we use data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings or sales figures as search engine algorithms change frequently.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the final web design and content created for the client belong to the client. However, Click Vistar retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all necessary assets (logos, images, text, login credentials) required for the project. Delay in providing these assets will result in a delay in project delivery.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day written notice. In case of termination, the client is liable to pay for the work completed up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Click Vistar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of profits or business interruption.
